Well this is like an "art-collab" with Mr. :iconpyromaniac:. I proposed him to both create a character using the "rainstorming" technique. It basically consist in create an idea or something throwing random ideas.

1.- The chara is going to be male or woman?
2.- Age?
3.-Good or evil? xD
4.- Hair color and style?
5.- Skin & eyes?
6.- Is she going to use a weapon? (giant fork courtesy of pyro lol)
7.- Costume?
8.-make up
9.- pose
10.- Name
